Great customer service, very personable. Did a thorough job and explained everything. JJ told us to call anytime if we had questions. I just thought that would be the last we heard of him, we would have a difficult time contacting him. I was wrong! My husband had a question later that evening and called him and he answered! I’ve been a Realtor for 20 years and Vannier Home Inspections is by far the most impressive. The inspector was on time and very courteous. He communicates with confidence and knowledge in a way that made the buyers comfortable with their decision to purchase this home. Was there anything wrong with the house ? Of course, it’s an older house and there’s going to be things wrong. The inspector explained in Layman terms so the buyer understood the items that needed repaired/replaced. I’ll continue to refer Vannier Home Inspections to my clients and fellow Realtors.
